Are you bored?

I know I am.

WELL, LOOK NO FURTHER THAN:

BEDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!

Good for the brain, heart, liver, and in fact pretty much every other body part you could think of.

NO NEED FOR ANY EFFORT

Just put on a fresh pair of pyjamas and jump into a nice cosy bed for uninterrupted unadulterated natural healing time.

AND THIS IS NO HOMEOPATHY!

Scientists™ tell us that getting into bed is at least 1:1 healing power, compared to today’s 1:10000000000000000000 homeopathic woo.

BETTER THAN SLICED BREAD

You may wish to eat a piece of bread before you go to bed. Just eat, jump in, sleep, and wake up in the morning refreshed and ready for whatever the world may throw at you. Even if it is a bit of sliced bread.

Shut up now.

My Insulin Pump

ir5col.jpg

I’m having the green one.

I’m diabetic, so to get one of these is like catching gold-dust, what with the NHS funding and all. Anyway, I’m excited, and I’m to be trained and fitted with the pump from the 19th to the 21st November with two other kids my age. The Hillingdon Hospital is opening up a pump clinic, because otherwise you had to go up Northwick Park to get this done, I think, and people weren’t TOO happy with that.

It should make my sugar levels better. I’m told not to expect an overnight change, which I’m not, but my sugar levels are awful at the moment, so anything that makes them better is absolutely welcome.

I was opposed to the pump a year ago, as you have to have it connected day and night, and was worried that I’d pull it, and I was a bit squeamish about the whole thing. Now, I can’t wait for the thing to be put on.

* * *

I’m sitting here on a Sunday (before going back to school after half term) looking out towards Heathrow, and I can see planes taking off in the distance, and I’m thinking… I want to be on that plane. Then planes coming in to Heathrow, and thinking… why are you coming HERE? Of any place you could go, why here? I should be doing English homework. I WANT TO GO SOMEWHERE! I’m melancholic, I guess.

Have a good week

oh bum.

I told my mum and dad about my last practice essay before the trial trial exam for English.

I got an E, not a pass.

I boosted my coursework level to an A recently.

Sure wish I hadn’t dropped that bombshell.

I Am A Sadist / Summer Catchup

FIRST!

My dog (Kipper):

This is my dog

This is my dog

…barks a lot. And today we put a few nuts and bolts inside a can, to stop him barking, and you rattle it hard so as to end his woofing.

I did this tonight.

And as Kipper walked away, I couldn’t help but feel a little happy.

//me am quite sorry.

Sorry for the rather lengthly hiatus between christmas and now.
i seem to have been… asleep/busy/eating/working/schooling/feeling down/feeling happy/meeting/having birthday celebrations.

As a matter of fact, I am now refurbishing most of my websites because I just feel they need a bit of refreshing. I’ve already completed my year-old forum (which can be found here) and my Myspace profile.

Caravan

Edit: This post is a bit here and there. I was trying to think of all that I could, so the places and details aren’t grouped. Sorry.
Hi there…
Next week my family and me are going to stay in a caravan in Kent for a week in which my dad half-owns. Anyway, there’s a small miniature train thing down there called the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway and I love riding it, because it’s got little engines and everything. It’s a fully-functional railway that the locals use to commute back and forth through the afore-mentioned towns.
I’ll also expect to go to Leeds Castle (not in Leeds), the beach, a sweet shop in Dymchurch and the Ashford Designer Outlet which is a huge place you go to buy clothes and stuff from Gap and HMV and Karen Millen etc. It’s next to the Ashford International Station where the Eurostar stops, I think.
And there’s a swimming pool. Out by the back of the caravan there’s a nature reserve. Seeing as I haven’t got any pictures of it to hand, I’ll take some and upload them. Eventually.
The park we’re going to is called Romney Sands and is like a born-again 1950 seaside camp, originally called Maddieson’s Camp. You’ve got the ransacked chalets and apartments towards the front, and the owner’s section is toward the back, towards the nature reserve.
Past the nature reserve is Lydd Airfield, which is nice on a summer day, because you can take your binoculars and watch them take off.
To the east is a nuclear power station and a pair of wartime ‘listening ears’.
Au revoir…

PS: I changed the header a bit. What do you think?
